WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE LIKE?
Prior to your procedure we will apply a topical numbing cream. During your treatment you will feel slight heating and pressure in the treatment area. We will work with you to maximize your comfort level during your procedure.
HOW LONG WILL THE TREATMENT TAKE?
Depending on the desired area you want treated you should expect to be in the office at least 45-75 minutes. This includes numbing time and your full treatment
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER MY RF LASER TREATMENT?
After treatment, an ointment will be applied to the skin. You will be asked to refrain from washing your face or from wearing makeup or sunscreen for the approximately 4 hours. You may experience some redness or swelling post treatment but this should subside in 24-48 hours. You can return to normal activities after treatment.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
3-4 treatments approximately 4-6 weeks apart is recommended. Some skin conditions will require more treatments to achieve optimal results.
WHY DO I NEED MORE THAN ONE TREATMENT?
Here is what we take into account to determine how many treatments you should expect.
AGE: Younger and healthier skin can heal from damage sooner than older skin. Younger patients usually will require fewer RF microneedling treatments. The elasticity of your skin may determine how many treatments you will need.
Acne Scarring: Patients with deep acne scarring will require more sessions regardless the age.
PRP AND RADIOFREQUENCY MICRONEEDLING
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) can be combined with Secret RF as a combination treatment for anti-aging.

HOW LONG WILL RF RESULTS LAST?
You should begin to see results 1-2 days after your treatment with gradual improvement over the next 3-4 weeks. Results vary based on the individual and can last for years as long as you continue to take care of your skin. This includes sun protection, wearing a hat or high SPF sunscreen while outdoors. Keep up with your skin care regimen at home. We encourage maintenance treatments every 12-18 months
